SIMTOS 2026(首尔国际制造技术展2026)是韩国最大的制造技术展,将于2026年4月13日至17日在韩国高阳KINTEX展厅1号和2号举行,为期五天。

金属切割与模具公司位于精密制造的核心模具技术馆特色为智能·聪明·混合切割和模具制造设备以及先进的金属加工解决方案。展馆涵盖多种加工技术,包括垂直、水平和五轴加工中心;车削中心;数控自动车床;高速加工中心;电放电机(EDM)、磨床、多任务机和齿轮切割机。

为航空航天、半导体、电池、汽车和国防等高附加值行业打造的超精密加工技术,进一步体现了展馆对先进精密制造的关注。

材料、零部件与控制技术馆

材料、组件与控制技术展馆聚焦核心零部件和控制技术,呈现对机床和自动化系统性能与可靠性至关重要的解决方案。

展出的技术涵盖主轴、轴承、滚珠螺杆、线性运动导轨、减速器、电机·驱动、计算机数控(CNC)、冷却液·液压·气动设备,呈现高精度、高效制造环境的技术基础。

工具与测量技术展馆

刀模与测量技术馆致力于工艺优化和质量创新,汇聚了支持稳定高效生产的切削工具和计量解决方案。

展馆配备立铣刀、钻头、塔头、嵌件、多晶金刚石(PCD)·立方氮化硼(CBN)工具、其他刀具夹持器和工具寿命监测系统,以及先进的检测和测量技术,如三维坐标测量机与仪器(CMM)和机器视觉系统。这些解决方案提升了生产力并提升了质量表现。

切割与焊接技术馆

切割与焊接技术展馆涵盖支持现代制造和组装操作的先进切割与接合工艺。
